Bolder Play Shipping Timeframe
Bolder Play accepts orders 24/7 on bolderplay.com and ships to all 50 United States via UPS, USPS, and FedEx, using standard methods provided by each carrier. Orders are processed in the order they are received, with expedited options such as Express shipping prioritized to meet delivery deadlines.
Unless otherwise noted on our website, orders placed by 12:00 PM MST on a business day are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Express orders placed before 12:00 PM MST will ship the same business day, while those placed after will ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday are processed the following Monday.
Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 3–8 business days with economy shipping or 2–3 business days with Express shipping for addresses within the contiguous U.S. Please note that delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii may be longer.
Orders that contain a different shipping address from the billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time.
Bolder Play cannot guarantee same-day expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review. Tax rate is based on the shipping address, not the billing address.
PO Boxes
For StairSlide orders, DO NOT enter a PO Box when completing your shipping information. Carrier limitations and our package dimensions prevent us from shipping to PO Boxes. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Delivery Issues
If you run into an issue with delivery (you never received your item, item arrived damaged, or the wrong product was delivered), please let us know by filing a claim here so we can make it right!
- Please keep in mind that claims need to be submitted within 2 weeks of receiving your item
- If your item says delivered and has not arrived, please wait 3 business days before filing a claim as we have seen packages show up within this timeframe.
- Lost in transit packages are considered when there has not been tracking updates for more than 7 business days
- If you are missing an item and your tracking shows delivered, it is possible your packages were shipped with two different tracking numbers. Please wait 3 business days before submitting a claim
- Once submitted, we will review your claim and get back to you within 1 business day
If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing, you must report the loss to us within 2 weeks of placing your order. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
Shipping Destination & Rates
Bolder Play offers Free Economy shipping to the contiguous US when the subtotal in your shopping bag is greater than or equal to $85, excluding tax and any other offers or price adjustments. Economy shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $35. Express shipping, 2-3 business days, costs $75 and is available on all contiguous US shipments not containing StairSlides. Please contact Customer Service for inquiries on shipping costs and delivery time for all international orders or any other questions.
