Bolder Play™ Warranty 

Bolder Play guarantees the original purchaser that their product will be replaced or repaired at our option, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during this one year warranty period, excluding the specific limitations contained herein. An original purchaser is one who purchases the product directly from Bolder Play or an authorized Bolder Play retailer.

Length of Warranty 

This Warranty protects your purchase for one (1) year from original purchase. For the one year of your warranty, up to 100% of the original purchase price of the product may be covered.

The Warranty does not cover:

Our warranty doesn't extend to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. It does not cover elemental damage including but not limited to discoloration due to ultraviolet light, excessive heat or cold, water damage, and damage caused by contact with sand, rust, corrosion, fire, vermin and insect infestation. But if your issue falls within the terms of our warranty, we're here to help.

The Warranty is Void if:

(1) THE PRODUCT IS RESOLD OR DONATED BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER;

(2) THE PRODUCT IS USED OUTSIDE THE USA;

(3) YOU DID NOT FOLLOW PROPER INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND SAFETY RULES PROVIDED WITHIN THE BOX OF YOUR PRODUCT. SAFETY AND LIABILITY

(4) YOU DID NOT ENSURE THAT ALL EQUIPMENT IS PROPERLY INSTALLED, USED, INSPECTED AND MAINTAINED BEFORE EACH USE

(5) IF BOLDER PLAY DETERMINES IN ITS REASONABLE DISCRETION THAT THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DAMAGED, ABUSED, OR WRONGFULLY USED;

(6) THE FOLLOWING ARE PRESENT: TEARS, PUNCTURES, STAINS, ODORS, UNSANITARY CONDITIONS, FOLDS, FOOTPRINTS, BURNS, CUTS, RODENTS, INSECT DAMAGE OR OTHER INFESTATION, DAMAGE FROM LIQUIDS OR GELS OR BLOOD OR BODILY FLUIDS OR OTHER FLUIDS, OR DAMAGE FROM WEATHER OR SUN EXPOSURE;

(7) THERE ARE LIENS OR ENCUMBRANCES AGAINST THE PRODUCT.

BOLDER PLAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY; THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE REPLACEMENT OR CREDIT TOWARDS REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH HEREIN. THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THE WARRANTY DESCRIBED ON THE FACE OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Important Information 

If you purchased your BolderPlay product through a retailer, you must register your product with Bolder Play (bolderplay.com) within 30 days of purchase for this warranty to be valid. 

You must provide original sales receipt as valid proof of purchase for any warranty claim. This warranty is only applicable/valid with the initial item that was purchased.

If you are requesting a return or replacement due to a warranty issue within our 30 day return window, please refer to our return policy. If you are requesting a return or replacement outside of the 30 day return window due to a warranty issue, all shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

This limited warranty provides the original purchaser specific legal rights which may vary from state to state.
